[Opt-Net] New Pivoting Tool pplex

Dear Lecturer on Linear Programming,

We invite you to try our new pivoting tool pplex.
Distinctive features include:

- visualization (for two variables),
- simple command line interface,
- file input in standard LP format,
- portable, free software (in both senses of "free").

You can try the pplex-applet online at

               http://pplex.ii.uib.no

with any Java-enabled browser. Select from the "Examples" menu
and enter the command "pivot" on the command line ("help" for more).
