[Opt-Net] New Spotlights series will illuminate timely topics

SIAM will publish a new book series, SIAM Spotlights (http://www.siam.org/books/series/sp.php), comprising brief and enlightening books on timely topics in applied and computational mathematics and scientific computing. The books, spanning 125 pages or less, will be produced on an accelerated schedule and priced attractively.
