[Opt-Net] 2015 2nd International Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2015), Hong Kong, November, 23-24, 2015

Dear Colleagues:

As one of the Program Chairs I would like to invite you to the 2015 2nd International Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2015). The conference will be held in in Hong Kong, during November, 23-24, 2015. The main objective of ISCMI 2015 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- date scientific fields.

Topics include but are not limited to theoretical advances, new methods and applications in Computational Intelligence, i.e. Evolutionary Algorithms, Swarm Intelligence, and other types of Metaheuristics and Nature-Inspire Algorithms, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Systems, and other types of Intelligent Systems. All submissions will be peer reviewed, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and submitted to be reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL).

ISCMI 2015 is organized by South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE) and the International Neural Network Society (INNS) India Regional Chapter. It also serves to commemorate the 5-th Anniversary of INNS-India Regional Chapter
