  ORBEL 30 Announcement and Call for Papers

The next ORBEL conference, the yearly conference of the Belgian 
Operational Research Society, will take place at the *Université 
catholique de Louvain*, in Louvain-la-Neuve, on *28 and 29 January 2016*.

This conference is the meeting point of the Operational Research 
Community in Belgium and its neighboring countries. It is an excellent 
opportunity for researchers, young and old, to present their work and 
make contact with people working on related subjects.

ORBEL 30 will also be part of the *50th anniversary celebration of CORE*

the Center for Operations Research and Econometrics, at UCL. To 
highlight this dual celebration, ORBEL 30 will feature *three plenary 
speakers*, including two of the best-known Belgian OR academics (who 
happen to be at CORE…) and an international Health OR scientist:

  * Eva K. Lee, the Director of the Center for Operations Research in
    Medicine and HealthCare, at Georgia Tech
  * Yurii Nesterov, CORE, UCL
  * Laurence Wolsey, CORE, UCL
