[Opt-Net] The 2014 Charles Broyden Prize

The Charles Broyden prize for the best paper published in Optimization
Methods and Software (OMS) in 2014 was awarded to the papers:

"Level bundle methods for oracles with on-demand accuracy"
by W. de Oliveira and C. Sagastizábal.
OMS Volume 29, Issue 6, pp. 1180-1209.

"Augmented Lagrangian alternating direction method for
matrix separation based on low-rank factorization"
by Y. Shen, Z. Wen and Y. Zhang.
OMS Volume 29, Issue 2, pp. 239-263.

The award was established by the OMS Editorial Board and Taylor &
Francis in 2009, with a cash prize of £500.
