[Opt-Net] Announcement SESO 2016, in Paris, from May 30 to June 3, 2016

following SESO 2014 and SESO 2015, 
Jean-Philippe Chancelier, Pierre Carpentier and I
are organizing SESO 2016, the Third International Thematic Week 
"Smart Energy and Stochastic Optimization" 
in Paris, from May 30 to June 3, 2016.
