The conference is organized by Far Eastern Federal University, Sobolev
Institute of Mathematics Siberian Branch of RAS, Novosibirsk State
University, Higher School of Economics, Nizhny Novgorod.

This is the 9th conference on discrete optimization and operations
research. See details about previous conferences in this series on the
above website. This conference will be held in Russky Island at the Far
Eastern Federal University Campus.

The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers in discrete
optimization and operations research, exchange knowledge, identify
promising research avenues and application domains, and foster new
collaborations.

Integer programming and polyhedral combinatorics
Bilevel programming and multicriteria optimization
Computational complexity and polynomial time approximation
Optimization problems in machine learning and data mining

Proceedings
Proceedings will be prepared as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer
Science, Springer to the beginning of the conference.
The papers with new unpublished results should be submitted
by the EasyChair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=door2016.
The submission deadline is April, 15, 2016.
Each participant can submit a paper in one of the following formats:

- Regular paper, 10.12 pages;
- Short communication, 6.8 pages;
- Poster presentation, 4 pages (for conference presentation only).

All papers will be reviewed according to standard procedure
for scientific publications. Accepted papers will be included
into the Program if at least one author takes part at the conference and
pays the conference fee.
