As Publications Co Chair I would like to invite you to submit a paper to the 2017 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence (ISMSI 2017). The Symposium will be held in Hong Kong during March 25-27, 2017. The aim as well as objective of ISCBI 2016 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence topics.

The 2017 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence (ISMSI 2017) will be held in Hong Kong during March 25-27, 2017. The main objective of ISMSI 2017 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- date scientific fields.
Accepted Papers after registration and presentation at ISMSI17 will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters (ISI Web of Science).
Selected registered & presented papers with extension (at least, by 30%) will undergo further reviewing & based upon the outcome, may be recommended to be published in Journal of Memetic Computing (Springer) and Neural Computing And Applications.

Notification Date: December 20th, 2016
Registration Deadline: January 10th, 2017

1. To publish the full paper into conference proceedings & give the oral presentations, please send us the full paper.
2. To give a presentation only, please just send us the abstract.
