[Opt-Net] SCIP Optimization Suite Release 4.0.1

Dear colleagues,

we are happy to announce that the bugfix version 4.0.1 of the SCIP 
Optimization Suite has been released. It is comprised of SCIP 4.0.1, 
SoPlex 3.0.1, ZIMPL 3.3.4, GCG 2.1.2, and UG 0.8.4. A corresponding new 
version SCIP-SDP 3.0.1 has also been released at 
http://www.opt.tu-darmstadt.de/scipsdp/.

The SCIP Optimization Suite 4.0.1 provides some performance 
improvements, many bug fixes, and support for the CMake building system.
