[Opt-Net] MIP 2022: Hotel and registration reminder

If you registered for the MIP workshop (DIMACS, Rutgers University, May
23-26, 2022), you can now reserve a room at the Hyatt (very close to the
workshop venue) for a special price:

(A limited number of rooms available at the special price have been
pre-reserved at Hyatt, and we will increase them when needed. If you try to

The fee is 30 USD before April 15 and 45 USD between April 15 and May 15.

The workshop will feature:
- DANniversary, a one-day conference honoring Dan Bienstock's 60th birthday
(in 2020);

- A student poster session;
- Presentations from the best submissions of the MIP 2022 computational
