The Institute of Mathematics and Scientific Computing of the University of Graz, Austria, is currently offering two positions as non-tenure track Assistant Professor (fixed term 6 years) in the group of Prof. Christian Clason and is looking for motivated researchers working in the fields of continuous, infinite-dimensional, mathematical optimization, in particular nonsmooth, PDE-constrained, and/or stochastic optimization. The position comes with a moderate teaching load (4h/week).
