[Opt-Net] Quantum Events in Clermont-Ferrand

The EURO Working Group on Quantum Computing, the french Quantum Group and
the Quantum Chair of Clermont-Ferrand, is co-organizing a two-day event
dedicated to quantum optimization.

*Program includes:*

   - Hands-on sessions (practical workshops) organized by BULL
   - Lectures
   - A visit of photonic qubit facilities
   - Scientific sessions

You are welcome to:

   - Attend the event
   - Present your research work

Certificates of participation will be given to the PhD candidates: they
will be able to present these certificates to their doctoral school.
