[Opt-Net] Workshop Announcement: Mathematical Methods in MRI — TU Graz, May 20–22, 2026

Dear colleagues,

we are pleased to announce the 1st Workshop of the SFB MR-DYNAMO (FWF), 
Mathematical Methods in MRI, which will take place May 20–22, 2026 at TU 
Graz, Austria.

The workshop focuses on mathematical methods for magnetic resonance 
imaging, including inverse problems, reconstruction algorithms, optimal 
control, acquisition design, and learning-based approaches.

Keynote speakers include

• Gerlind Plonka-Hoch (University of Göttingen)
• Michael Unser (EPFL, Lausanne)
• Moritz Zaiss (FAU, Erlangen–Nürnberg)
