<div><br></div><div>The 15th Baikal International School-Seminar on OPTIMIZATION METHODS AND THEIR</div><div>APPLICATIONS will be held during June 23–29 2011, near Irkutsk, on the lake Baikal shore, in</div><div>village Listvyanka, Russia.</div>
<div>The conference is organized once in three years. In this year it is organized by Institute for</div><div>System Dynamics and Control Theory (ISDCT) of Siberian Branch (SB) of Russian Academy of</div><div>Sciences (RAS) (<a href="http://www.idstu.irk.ru" target="_blank">www.idstu.irk.ru</a>) jonly with Dorodnicyn Computing Centre of RAS, Institute of</div>
<div>Energy Systems of SB RAS, Institute of Control Science of RAS, Russian Association of</div><div>Mathematical Programming, Irkutsk State University, Irkutsk State Agricultural Academy.</div><div>The conference is a forum of researchers working on all aspects of optimization from the</div>
<div>linear programming to the optimal control. As well as in the previous years, it collects main</div><div>specialists in this field from Russia with international participation. We believe that the program</div><div>will be also interesting for practitioners who want to increase the efficiency of their business with</div>
<div>applications of optimization models.</div><div>The organizers are looking forward to see you in Irkutsk – the center of the Eastern Siberia –</div><div>with its beautiful nature and with admirable lake and mounting views. We promise you an</div>
