<li>Implementation, acquisition and management of research and development (sub) projects of in the field of in the industrial applications </li><li>Design of innovative technologies, algorithms and applications from an idea to development of prototypical software systems </li><li>Development of competence in and evaluation of new technologies in the field of Mathematical Optimization / Operation Search </li><li>Initiation, participation in and co-management of research projects funded by relevant national and international funding bodies </li><li>Technology consulting and technical presentations </li><li>Development of invention disclosures and publication of research results at international conferences </li><li>Supervision of PhD, Master and Bachelor students and trainees. </li><li>Initiation and coordination of cooperation with national and international universities and research institutes </li></ul>

<div><b>Qualification</b></div>
<ul style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">
<li>Successfully completed university degree (PhD degree) in computer science or mathematics; </li><li>Strong expertise in technologies, algorithms and methodologies in the area of discrete optimization, mathematical optimization</li><li>Expertise in software development and good programming skills in particular C #, or C ++ </li><li>Experience with project work in the research and development area </li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of technologies, algorithms and methodologies in the areas of non linear optimization, stochastic optimization is advantageous </li><li>Very good English and German (desired) skills in speaking and writing </li><li>Initiative - ability to change - result orientation , communication and team spirit - motivation and enthusiasm </li></ul>
