Dear Fellow Mathematicians,<br>
<br>
The Organizers of the <a href="http://www.7ecm.de/home.html"
target="_blank"><b>7th European Congress of Mathematics</b></a>
cordially invite all researchers to propose mini-symposia in their
research areas. A mini-symposium is a special session which consists
of four coordinated presentations on a selected topic of substantial
current interest and importance in mathematics. A mini-symposium
will be two hours long with 25 minutes for each presentation, and
additional 5 minutes for discussion.
<p> Proposals should include a description of the research area and
the motivation for the mini-symposium as well as a list of
potential speakers (it helps if some of the speakers have already
confirmed their participation, however, this is not required).<br>
</p>
<p>All abstracts must be submitted via the <b><a
href="https://cats.host/7ecm/cats2/cats21/src/login/"
target="_blank">registration platform</a></b>.<br>
</p>
<p> </p>
<p><b> The deadline for mini-symposia</b><b> proposals has been</b><b>
extended until November 12, 2015</b>. </p>
Decisions regarding the acceptance of mini-symposia will be made by
the <a
href="http://www.7ecm.de/general/local_organizing_committee.html"
target="_blank"><b>program committee</b></a> on the basis of the
abstract.<br>
<br>
We are looking forward to meeting you in Berlin 2016!<br>
