<p class="MsoNormal">The required qualification and experience is a PhD or near PhD completion in Computing, Engineering or Mathematics or other relevant areas with a focus on operational research or computational intelligence, and a proportionate publication
record. The successful candidate should have strong programming skills and experience in working with combinatorial problems and/or discrete-event or multi-agent simulation.<o:p></o:p></p>
