<p class="MsoNormal">The conference will focus on recent advances across a broad range of topics in optimisation and decision-making under uncertainty. The event welcomes both researchers and practitioners working on relevant methodologies and applications
across a range of fields. The programme will feature invited plenary talks, tutorials, as well as invited and contributed sessions. We warmly welcome participants from around the world to join us for this exciting conference.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Abstract Submission and Best Student Paper Competition</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><a href="https://wp.lancs.ac.uk/ecso-cms-2027/submissions/abstract-submission/" target="_blank">Abstract submission</a> is now open, as is the
<a href="https://wp.lancs.ac.uk/ecso-cms-2027/submissions/best-student-paper/" target="_blank">
Best Student Paper Competition</a>. The deadline for both submissions is <b>4 February 2027</b>.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Call for Tutorials</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We welcome <a href="https://wp.lancs.ac.uk/ecso-cms-2027/submissions/call-for-tutorials/" target="_blank">
tutorial proposals</a> on topics related to the conference themes. Tutorials may be offered in
<b>2–3 hour formats</b>. Accepted tutorial presenters will receive a full conference registration
<b>fee waiver</b>. The proposal deadline is <b>15 December 2026</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>
