[Scip] SCIP version 0.90 released

Dear colleagues,

I just released the new version 0.90 of SCIP. Since it is already
2:55am I hope I did not screwed up the release...

Note: although the version number 0.90 is by 0.08 larger than the
previous version 0.82, it does not mean in any way that the
improvement is 8 times as large as the improvement from 0.81 to 0.82!
The reason for choosing 0.90 is simple: I will finish my PhD thesis in
the beginning of next year, and that is exactly the point were SCIP
will be called 1.0. And since there won't be that many changes, there
is no need to increment the version number that slow...
