[Scip] how to install SCIP under Windows

Dear all,

I tried to install SCIP under windows. Following the suggestions in the INSTALL file, I have installed MinGW-Compiler with MSYS, and some packages. Then I do not know how to install the SCIP?  Is there any example for me?  Thanks.
