[Scip] free() invalid pointer

Unfortunately, when I download a binary, I'm told that the wrong
GLIBCXX_3.4.9.

Unfortunately, I'm on an older CentOS system (5.2), which is running
glibc 2.5, and a direct upgrade isn't available unless I upgrade the
whole system.
