[Scip] Different solutions from scip+clp and scip+spx

Dear All,

It seems that there is a bug in the binary version of SCIP complied with
CLP. I downloaded scip-1.2.0.linux.x86.gnu.opt.clp.zip and
scip-1.2.0.linux.x86.gnu.opt.spx.zip. However, I got different solutions
from these versions; SCIP+CLP finds the optimal solution as “163” while the
optimal solution found by SCIP+SPX is “164”. I verified the solution by
CPLEX, it finds the same solution as SCIP+SPX, “164.”

I have attached the LP file and log files. As shown in the log files, all
parameters are the default settings.
