[Scip] Getting the vbctool to work in Ubuntu (and probably other derivations of Linux)

Hi Tue,

Thank you for your post it saved me a lot of time.

I would like to add that if one doesn't have write permission on /usr/lib
it's possible to copy (from the tarball) libXm.so.1 and
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 in ~/some_dir and then append ~/some_dir to the
environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH before calling vbctool.
