[Scip] scip-3.0.0: Cannot find spxsolver.h

Hi,

under mingw, I sometimes have the problem that copying the soplex 
headers to scip does not work.
Make sure that in scipoptsuite-3.0.0/scip-3.0.0/lib you have a directory 
spxinc that contains the content of scipoptsuite-3.0.0/soplex-1.7.0/src .

That is, try

cd /cygdrive/d/Library/SCIP/download/scipoptsuite-3.0.0/
cp -r soplex-1.7.0/src scip-3.0.0/lib/spxinc

Note, that Windows libraries and binaries are also available on the SCIP 
download page.
