[Scip] Error Message during Make

Dear Bin Qin,

we need a bit more information to help you with your problem. Are you 
using GNU Make? The files make/make.detecthost etc. should be accessible 
from the main SCIP directory. Can you find them? Have you checked file 
permissions? Which SCIP version are you using?
