[Scip] Max-SAT Evaluation 2013

Hi all,

Is there any plan to submit SCIP to Max-SAT Evaluation 2013?
http://maxsat.ia.udl.cat/introduction/

If there are no plans and if you do not mind, I'd like to submit SCIP to it.
And attached scip-maxsat.cpp is my initial attempt to build a Max-SAT
frontend for SCIP.
