[Scip] Save Output

Dear Liffey,

you can make SCIP create a log file with the "-l" command line
parameter, e.g., "bin/scip -l tmp.log".

There are also some other parameters that might be interesting, you can
get an overview by typing "bin/scip -h" (or any other unknown parameter
after bin/scip :-))
