[Scip] AMPL-like display command

Hi Tetsuya,

yes, SCIP provides such a display functionality: From the interactive
shell, type 'display' to see a list of displayable problem or solver-related
components. The redirection functionality of Ampl's display-command is
similar to the 'write' command in SCIP:
Typing 'write' lists all you could ever think of writing to a file.
