[Scip] VBC trees

Hi Ahmad,

the viewer has an option to uncover the nodes one-by-one (each time you 
hit the space key). Besides that, SCIP has a parameter which also solves 
that issue:

SCIP> set vbc realtime FALSE

In case of the callable library the parameter name is "vbc/realtime".
