[Scip] Issue compiling SCIP with gcc 4.1.2

Dear Stefan,

Thank you very much for your help.
For gcc 4.8.0, The option "#define SCIPisFinite finite" worked correctly.

I will get back to you if the patch for gcc 4.1 works
