[Scip] Slow beginning with SCIP in not too large problem?

Dear Ramon,

this could be a heuristic running during the root node processing. 
Please print the statistics in the end ("print stat" in the interactive 
shell) after the solution limit was hit. This shows you which plugin 
consumed how much time and should give you an idea about where the time 
is going. If you have questions about how to change it, please post the 
statistics output and we will try to help. If you can also send us the 
instance (perhaps in a private mail to me), we can have a look at it.
