[Scip] Increasing maximum depth

Dear Ramon,
as you can see, the primal bound, i.e., the best feasible solution, is
already found after 0.2 seconds. Questions is whether the dual bound
stalls (seems like) or not. After all, these are hard problems. At least I
do not have an obvious hint which parameter to change. If there are any
tighter bounds or additional constraints that you can impose, that might
help, or if you see any chance to reformulate the problem (ideally, convex
;) ), that might change the performance.
People at ZIB are not really using Matlab; thus, the support in that
direction is rather limited. You might post the problem (doesn't seem to
be too big), maybe someone else on the mailing list likes to have a look,
but don't expect too much.
