[Scip] unsolved child/sibling nodes during node selection

Hi all,

I printed the node type during node selection, some are labeled as unsolved
child/sibling of the focus node. Does that mean the node's LP has not been
solved? What if the node selector needs information of the LP solution, say
the lower bound?
