[Scip] vim syntax highlighting for zimpl

Dear all,

One of my students (Parham Alvani) developed vim syntax highlighting for
zimpl.

You can get the files from his git <https://github.com/1995parham/vim-zimpl>

If you save your zimpl files with extensions other than .zpl, add the
extension to the ftdetect/zimpl.vim
