[Scip] error extracting scip-3.2.0.tgz

Dear Geoffrey,

the archive is a .tgz file, which is similar to a .tar.gz file, so it is 
a tarball compressed with gzip. Therefore, you should try to add 'z' to 
to options of your tar command.
