[Scip] Error solving unbounded problems in SCIP 3.1.0

Hi,

I have been running through some old test problems in SCIP 3.1.0 and noticed it now throws an error on problems 3.0.2 used to solve correctly. I realise these are unbounded, but wondered whether this was intended behaviour? Attached CIP examples.

SCIP 3.1.0:
