[SCIP] SCIP and SoPlex not working in Mac OS X (10.8.5), only ZIMPL is working for both version 3.2.0 and 3..1.1

Hi,

to be precise, the CBC repository doesn't have build systems SCIP or
SoPlex. ThirdParty/SCIP and ThirdParty/SoPlex are contained in the
BuildTools repository at COIN-OR.
Their main purpose is to have a simple autoconf-based buildsystem for
SCIP and SoPlex which integrates with the build of other COIN-OR
projects. This is useful as some COIN-OR projects (e.g., Osi, Couenne)
make use of SoPlex and SCIP, but also SCIP can make use of some COIN-OR
codes (e.g., Clp, Ipopt).

You might be able to check these out and use them to build SCIP and
SoPlex *libraries* standalone. For the current SCIP 3.2 and SoPlex 2.2,
use the latest stable branches of ThirdParty/SCIP and ThirdParty/SoPlex.
Have a look into the README in there.
However, these buildsystems do NOT build executables, just libraries.

Best,
Stefan

PS: There is a SCIP binary for MacOS X available for download.
