Dear all,
I am installing SCIP at a 64-bit Windows system using Cygwin-64 .
I haved installed these packages: bison, flex, pcre, gcc, g++,
gcc-fortan, readline and also default packages.
But even now I get the following error:
$ make
-bash: make: command not found
Would you please help me to figure it out? Thanks.
Regards,
