[SCIP] Help Regarding MILP formulation

Dear SCIP users,

I am facing difficulties in formulating MILP problem. I am sharing the
problem as an attachment. It will be a great help if anyone can suggest me
some book(s) or online material(s) that can help me understand to formulate
such kind of problem.
In short, I am unable to write a problem where lower bound and upper bound
is multiplied by some Binary variable.
