[SCIP] Pricing Doesn't stop

Hi there,

My pricer seems to be in an infinite loop.  I am solving a minimization
problem and in the first few rounds am adding new variables? But after a
few rounds, no more variables price out and I am not adding them, yet the
pricer keeps being called again and again despite no new addition of
variables... Why is this?
