[SCIP] 2018 School on Column Generation

Hi

Just want to add my own endorsement - apologies in advance if people feel
it inappropriate.

This was a *really* good meeting and school last time in Paris. The
teaching was the best I have ever experienced at such a group. If you are
at all interested in this approach then I *HIGHLY* recommend attending if
you can.
