Yes, I agree with Michael.
 I think this is SCIP issue, the header file symmetry/type_symmetry.h was not included by
"make install" in SCIP.

could it be that this is due the wrong include which should be in ""
instead of <> (#include "symmetry/type_symmetry.h" in
symmetry/type_symmetry.h). Maybe the SCIP group can fix this.
