[SCIP] SCIP for AMPL on MAC

Hi,

after building SCIP from source 
(https://scip.zib.de/doc-6.0.0/html/MAKE.php), you just follow the 
instructions in interfaces/ampl/INSTALL.

I've also uploaded a SCIP/AMPL exeutable for Mac OS X >= 10.13 at 
https://scip.zib.de/download.php?fname=scipampl-6.0.0.darwin.x86_64.gnu.opt.spx2.zip 
now.
