[SCIP] Running SCIP with Java on Windows with eclipse

I am looking at the execution step. I see scip.dll, but not scip.jar. Where
can I find scip.jar?

export PATH=$PATH:<absolute path to SCIP Optimization
Suite>/build/bin/{Release,Debug}
cd Release
java -cp "scip.jar;examples.jar" <"Linear" or "Quadratic" or "Read" or
"Multiknapsack">
