[SCIP] Running SCIP with Java on Windows with eclipse

Linux instructions don't make any sense either.
There is no Release directory for the execution.
I also don't see any scip.jar or examples.jar after making it

2a) Building JSCIPOpt on Linux.

Compile the interface by executing the following commands:

   mkdir build
   cd build
   cmake .. -DSCIP_DIR=<absolute path to SCIP Optimization Suite>/build
   make

Execute the examples via

   cd Release
   java -cp scip.jar:examples.jar <"Linear" or "Quadratic" or "Read"
or "Multiknapsack">
