[SCIP] Combining GCG and java

Hello everybody,

I want to connect SCIP-GCG and java. I'm new in SCIP. I read documents but
I can't find any related support about that. Only in the GitHub, there are
some documents.
I downloaded SCIP-suite-6 for win 64. I think (generally) SCIP such as
other optimization tools, must have a java lib for use in the Java IDE.

Would you please, say that how can I find any details document for using
GCG and java and how can I install it?
