[SCIP] Beta release SCIP Optimization Suite 7.0.2

Dear SCIP community,

We are happy to announce the beta release of the SCIP Optimization Suite 
7.0.2 <https://scipopt.org/index.php#news> which consists of SCIP 7.0.2, 
SoPlex 5.0.2, PaPILO 1.0.2, GCG 3.0.4, UG 0.9.1 and ZIMPL 3.4.0.

This bugfix release further improves upon the stability of version 7 and 
aims to address troubles with the build systems and the precompiled 
libraries. For further information please have a look at the Changelog

We invite you to download the new version and try it out. To help us 
improve even further please let us know if you encounter any major problems.
