Hi SCIPies,

Steve has just encouraged to tweet about the SCIP Online Workshop.  In 
addition to

    #SCIPOnlineWorkshop

I think we should also generally establish a specific hashtag for future 
SCIP posts on social media.  #scip is already used in other contexts, so 
I suggest

    #scipopt

This also works well in conjunction with the new web domain www.scipopt.org.
