Hallo Franziska,

Lange habe ich SCIP nicht mehr gemacht. Ich erinnere mich, dass da ganz zum Schluss Fehler auftraten, so wie jetzt dieser hier:

[100%] Building CXX object gcg/src/CMakeFiles/libgcg.dir/dec_isomorph.cpp.o
[100%] Linking CXX static library ../../lib/libgcg.a
[100%] Built target libgcg
Scanning dependencies of target gcg
[100%] Building C object gcg/src/CMakeFiles/gcg.dir/main.c.o
[100%] Linking CXX executable ../../bin/gcg
/usr/bin/ld: ../../papilo/libclusol.a(lusol6b.f.o): undefined reference to symbol '_gfortran_transfer_real_write@@GFORTRAN_8'
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/libgfortran.so: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [gcg/src/CMakeFiles/gcg.dir/build.make:103: bin/gcg] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:3258: gcg/src/CMakeFiles/gcg.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:163: all] Error 2

Irgendeine Idee?
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/libgfortran.so. das gibt es z.B. garnicht
