[SCIP] limits/primalbound ?

Hi Max,

Have you tried to set the objective cutoff in combination with a solution limit of 1? That should work. However, SCIP might declare the problem to be infeasible if no solution better than the objective cutoff exists.

Good question.  This is currently not possible, but we should put it on
our list to implement such a parameter.  I don't think it can be
approximated well, but maybe the limits/absgap helps, if the dualbound
does not change much and you roughly know it in advance.
